CONSULTATION
We will meet at a location where I can learn more about you and your love story. I am flexible to meet pretty much anywhere: Coffee shop, restaurant, brewery, Coors Field, Red Rocks. Anywhere we can talk and get to know one another. If you are unavailable to meet in person or live out of state, I am also available to schedule a video chat session.
REHEARSAL
Before your ceremony, ideally the day before, we will go over the ceremony to make sure everyone is comfortable with each part. This may include the procession, recession, practice of the readings, practice putting on rings (it is harder than it looks), and time to answer any questions that may arise. This is also a great time to make sure any necessary technology is working appropriately. Rehearsals can take place at the venue, or any other location most convenient for you and your party.
MARRIAGE LICENSE
Before the wedding, you will need to visit your county’s courthouse and obtain your marriage license. Immediately following the ceremony, you and your partner will sign the license, and then I will have it mailed within five days of your ceremony to the appropriate county office.
PAYMENT
A nonrefundable $150 deposit is due when you sign the wedding contract. Once the contract is signed and deposit is paid, your wedding day is on my schedule and I will provide support from then until your wedding day. The deposit will then be put towards the remaining balance of the services due on the day of the wedding.
DATE CHANGE/CANCELATION
Things happen and I understand. If something comes up, I will try to accommodate changing dates and times to the best of my ability, depending upon availability.
